Auditions!!

Auditions are this Wed Aug. 21st and Wed. Aug. 28th. Please come between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you are hoping for a lead please come prepared to sing, dance and talk to Karma. If you don't care about a lead please come and get your picture taken and talk to Karma. See you one of these days. Classes Start Wed. Sept. 4th.

If you got a spot in one of our shows consider yourself LUCKY!!!! There are a few spots left for boys in Frozen. But that's it! Get a song ready for auditions! Everyone, please come one of the days between the hours of 4 pm-6 pm Aug. 21st or 28th. Even if you don't care about what part you get, I need to see you and take a picture so I can cast the show and we can give out parts on Sept. 4th. See you soon We are going to have a great year!

Youtheatre 2019-2020 Season

The Hobbit is the story of Bilbo Baggins. He enjoys a peaceful and pastoral life but his life is interrupted by a surprise visit from the wizard Gandalf and 13 Mighty Dwarves. They are embarking on a journey to recover the lost treasure that is guarded by the dragon, Smaug, at the Lonely Mountain. Gandalf has decided, much to Bilbo's chagrin, that the Hobbit will make an excellent addition to the team and Bilbo is going to play the role of a burglar. On the journey, Bilbo and the dwarves encounter all sorts of villains and obstacles including Trolls, Goblins, Spiders, Elves and of course we mustn't leave out Gollum! There are a large number of speaking and solo parts both males and females in this play.

Ages 5-18. $45.00 per month.

Class: Wed. 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.

The enchanting modern classic from Disney is ready for our Broadway Junior stars! Frozen JR. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.

A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands the journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart! Many parts are available for both Males and Females

Ages 5-18. $45.00 per month.

Class: Wed. 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. @ Larsen Elementary 1175 E Flonette Ave. Sept- Mar.

Performing: Mar. 24-28 2020

COST

$45.00 a month, with a $5.00 a month

discount if paid before the second class of the month. A $45.00 Registration fee per show covers costume and script rental and T-shirt.

To be registered for a class, you will need to pay the Registration Fee. Sept. tuition will be due Sept. 1^st. Classes begin Wed. Sept. 4th. Sorry refunds will only be given before Sept. 12, 2020

AUDITIONS

Auditions will be held Wed. Aug. 21st and Wed. Aug. 28th Between the hours of 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. at Larsen Elementary. Please bring your child one of these days so they can meet with instructors and be assigned a part. If they would like to audition for a singing role, please be prepared to sing a song of their choosing. We have music available at auditions if you would like to use ours.

Cinderella Dress Rehearsal Tomorrow

Just a reminder Dress rehearsal is tomorrow. Please make sure your child comes to class prepared. The show is going GREAT!! I have enjoyed your children very much! Remember There is no charge to come and see the show but space is limited! 

Important Note

All mice, birds, pages, and dirty laundry will need for the performance a pair of nice jeans and black socks and black soft soled shoes. All royalty need white tights and black soft soled shoes. All other costuming will be provided.

Performances will be June 14^th at 11:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. And 7:00 p.m. Please have your child there dressed, hair combed and curled, faces washed. Come ½ hr early for the 4:00 and 7:00 shows
