This note has complete times and dates for all rehearsals & performances beginning Wed. Mar. 17th. All rehearsal times are start times, please be at the theatre ready to go. All performance times are curtain; please have your child to Spanish Fork High School 1 to 1 1/2 hours before curtain. Performing takes lots of energy! Have your child eat before they come. Please have your child’s hair combed and curled and a touch of make up on. All students will need black tights and soft soled black shoes. No athletic shoes will be allowed. All girls chorus will need a nice pair of jeans to wear with their Oz T-shirt in the opening number. Munchkin only pick up times will be one hour after curtain. Other pick up times for public performances will be 9:30 p.m. Please arrive on time to pick up your child, we will not leave until everyone is picked up! We will be ready to go home and be with our families. Please get plenty of rest during this time frame, to keep up your energy and school grades.

Bring $2.00 per child for a Pizza Lunch (lunch time 1:00 p.m.)
Munchkins pick up 10:30 a.m.
Mon. Mar. 22nd : Dress Rehearsal & Tech 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Munchkins pick up 4 to 4:45 p.m.
Tues. Mar. 23rd : Final Tech and Dress 4:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m.
Munchkins pick up 5 to 5:15 p.m.
Wed. Mar. 24 th: Special Performance (by invitation) 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(we are taking group pictures and should be finished)
Munchkins pick up 5:00 (Munchkin pictures before show starts)
Thurs. Mar. 25th : School Performance 9:00 a.m.
Pick up Time 11:30 a.m. Munchkin pick up time 1hr after start for all performances
Thurs. Mar. 25 th: Public Performance 7:00 p.m.
Fri. Mar. 26 th: School Performance 12:15 p.m.
Pick up time 2:45 p.m.
Fri. Mar. 26 th : Public Performance 7:00 p.m.
Sat. Mar. 27th : Public Performance 2:00 p.m.
Pick up time 3:30 p.m.
** We will have a professional Photographer taking still shots. The CD’s will be available at the door for $5.00 each. (with no copy write restrictions). We are also hoping to get a video recording to offer info will be given later.
