rehearsal and performance schedule
This note has complete times
and dates for all rehearsals and performances.
All rehearsal
times are start times. Please be at the theater ready to go. All
performance times are curtain. Please have your child to
Spanish Fork High school 1 hour before curtain. Performing
takes a lot of energy! Have your child eat before they come. Please
have your child's hair combed and curled and a touch of makeup on.
Everyone will need Black Tights. Slaves of Ring will need
white tights also. No footless tights please. Everyone will need
soft soled black shoes (church shoes are fine). NO ATHLETIC SHOES
will be allowed. Please be on time to pick up your
child. We will not leave until everyone is picked up! We will be
ready to go home and be with our families. Please get plenty of rest
during this time frame to keep up your energy and school grades. All
rehearsals and performances from Jan. 4th
on will be on the
stage at Spanish Fork High School auditorium.
Wed. Jan. 4th 5:15- 7:00 pm Setting dances on stage.
Thur. Jan. 5th 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm: Run Show
Fri. Jan. 6th 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm: Run Show
Sat. Jan. 7th 10:00 am to 1:30 pm: Tech Rehearsal and Pizza party
Mon. Jan. 9th: Final tech & dress 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Tues. Jan. 10th: Special performance 4:30 pm (Start time)
Pick up time 6:45 pm (we will be taking pictures)
Wed. Jan. 11th: School performance 9:45 am Pick up time 11:30 am
Wed. Jan. 11th: Public performance 7:00 pm Pick up time 9:00 pm
Thur. Jan. 12th: School performance 9:30 am Pick up time 11:15 am
Thur. Jan. 12th: Public performance 7:00 pm Pick up time 9:00 pm
Fri. Jan. 13th: Public performance 7:00 pm Pick up time 9:00 pm
Sat. Jan. 14th: Public performance 2:00 pm Pick up time 4:00 pm
Wed. Jan. 18th: Cast Party at Larsen School regular class time bring a treat to share
